The redesigned CloudBridal user interface
Redesigned CloudBridal user interface showcasing a cohesive, brand-aligned design system and improved user experience across desktop and mobile devices.

Challenges

Before the redesign, CloudBridal’s brand lacked distinction, making it harder to stand out in a competitive market. The existing interface design was inconsistent, creating a fragmented user experience for shop owners and brides. My objective was to refine the brand, create a cohesive design system, and improve usability across the platform.

My Approach

  1. Conducted competitive research and brand positioning analysis to inform the new logo design.
  2. Created a scalable design system with reusable UI components and style guidelines.
  3. Performed a UX audit to identify usability issues and prioritized actionable recommendations for the development team.

Solutions

Logo Design

CloudBridal provides software solutions for bridal shop owners and brides, helping streamline store operations and appointment scheduling. To differentiate the brand and drive growth, I led a strategic logo redesign that reflects the product’s value and resonates with its target audience.

The redesigned logo establishes a cohesive, memorable brand identity with an elegant, approachable aesthetic that mirrors CloudBridal’s promise to simplify operations for bridal shop owners.

Clean typography and simplified shapes ensure scalability and versatility across different sizes and contexts. The cloud icon, representing the “C” and “B,” can stand alone when a compact or square format is required, enhancing brand flexibility.

The updated branding helped CloudBridal distinguish itself in a competitive market, improving brand recognition and supporting business growth.

Design System

To create a cohesive, scalable brand experience, I defined foundational design elements in a comprehensive design system. This included primary, secondary, and accent color palettes, along with typography guidelines, enabling a consistent experience across CloudBridal’s products.

I translated the design system into reusable UI components, such as buttons, tabs, and input fields, ensuring visual consistency and a seamless user experience. Key screens demonstrated how to apply the system in real-world contexts, guiding developers in integrating cohesive branding throughout the platform.

The design system reduced inconsistencies across interfaces, resulting in a more polished, professional product.

UX Design Consultation

CloudBridal’s powerful bridal shop management and scheduling tools were rich in features but lacked a refined user experience. I conducted a comprehensive UX audit, identifying usability pain points and recommending targeted improvements to streamline workflows for both bridal shop owners and brides.

My audit delivered a prioritized action plan detailing UX issues, actionable recommendations, and the rationale behind each change. This provided clear guidance for enhancing usability and aligning the experience with user needs.

For example, a redesigned calendar view reduced cognitive load, making it easier for shop owners to manage appointments, which led to faster task completion.
